YMCA Training, Inc. is a non-profit organization in Boston that provides access to employment to low-income unemployed adults through quality technical and office support skills training.
The Boston program is part of a national network of local job training organizations called Training, Inc. National Association,〔http://www.traininginc.org/Home/〕 which provides resources to organizations in the workforce development field. Other Training, Inc. member sites are currently located in Chicago, Indianapolis, and Newark.

YMCA Training, Inc. provides low-income adults - both native born and immigrants - in Greater Boston with the highest quality technical and office support skills training necessary to secure professional employment in positions that offer family-sustaining wages, benefits, career advancement opportunities, and a path to self-sufficiency. Training, Inc. offers quality job training that results in work-ready employees who meet the needs of community businesses.
